The Pic du Midi Asau is a historic peak located in the French Pyrenees, next to the trans-Pyrenean communication route of the Port of Portalet. The peak, which is actually a stratovolcano, stands out among the other mountains for its black color and pyramidal shape. This mountain was formerly called the twins as it has two very close peaks (Gran Pic – 2,884m and Petit Pic – 2,804m).
I waited until the sun rose just above the mountains for the rays to filter between the peaks, and focus on three different points to keep everything sharp, from the flowers in the foreground to the mountains in the background
